Terms and Conditions

SCHEDULED ARRIVAL AND APPOINTMENT PUNCTUALITY

To enhance your overall experience, we kindly request clients to arrive 10 minutes ahead of their scheduled appointments. This allows ample time for check-in, restroom use, and selection from our extensive array of available colours. As a gesture of consideration for all our clients, we strictly adhere to a punctual appointment schedule. Please note that tardy arrivals may result in the forfeiture of the appointment, and any delayed treatments will be appropriately abbreviated to accommodate the next scheduled client.

CANCELLATION POLICY

At CHRISP STREET NAILS & BEAUTY, we enforce a 24-hour cancellation policy for all appointments, regardless of booking method. Cancellations or rescheduling are accommodated with at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to notify within this timeframe results in loss of the appointment.
Clients arriving more than ten minutes late risk losing their appointment and incurring the full charge. Late arrivals may lead to an incomplete treatment, with the client still charged the agreed-upon full value.
Repeated no-shows and cancellations may impact future appointments.

MINORS

For individuals under 18 years old, parental consent is required through a signed consent form for any treatments.

CONSENTS FORMS

Clients are required to complete a consent form every six months, as mandated by our insurance company. This practice is essential for your safety.

TREATMENT BUNDLES

Payment for all treatments within a bundle is due in full at the time of purchase. Treatment bundles are non-refundable and non-transferable between accounts. Redemption of all treatments within a bundle must occur within 6 months of the purchase date; any unused treatments after this period will be forfeited. Expired treatment bundles will not be extended.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months. CHRISP STREET NAILS & BEAUTY assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers. Gift vouchers are non-exchangeable for cash or other vouchers. While no change will be given, any remaining balance will remain on the voucher until its expiry date.

LOST PROPERTY

Clients are advised to take care of their belongings while at CHRISP STREET NAILS & BEAUTY, as we cannot assume responsibility for any lost or damaged items.

NAIL AFTERCARE SERVICE

Should you experience chipped nails within 7 days after gel polish, please report it with a photo to our email, Facebook page, or Instagram page. We will provide a free touch-up on the affected nails within 7 days. A small fee will be charged for issues reported outside this period.

PATCH TEST

Tinting services or eyelash extensions necessitate a patch test 24 hours prior to your first treatment for safety reasons. If no adverse reactions occur, we will proceed with the treatment. Please inform us of any overly sensitive skin or specific allergies, and we will arrange a patch test to ensure safe treatment. A medical questionnaire will be required before your treatment to guarantee its safety. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to disclose any medications or conditions that may affect your treatment. Please inform your therapist or technician of any health changes during subsequent visits. If uncertain about your eligibility for a particular treatment, please notify us 24 hours before your appointment.

PRIVACY

Your privacy is of utmost importance to us, and we are dedicated to upholding the confidentiality of any personal information collected. We do not share your personal information with third-party organizations and adhere to the principles of UK data protection legislation.

SALON POLICY

Protect Your right
Our policy is to protect your right and guarantee your satisfaction with the service(s) that we provide. It is not affected to your rights under Consumer Right Act 2015 .
To allow us to provide a quality service as ecciciently as possible, you need to:
  1. Ask for the service which you would like to have.
  2. Inform our staff if you are allergic to any chemicals or substances before the receiving any treatment. Also, If you have DIABETES.
  3. Whilst receiving any service please provide our staff with your feedback and or comments on their service so our staff can satisfy your requirements straight away.
  4. Inform the staff / salon manager immediately if you have any concern relating to the salon , the staff, or any service.
  5. Inform the staff / salon manager immediately if you have any concern that you have any infection or you have any other abnormal reaction or condition with respect to your nails or skin.
  6. Children under 7 years old should be accompanied by an adult at all time. We wil not take any responsiblity if any accident happens to your child / children during your treatment at our salon.
  7. We hold no responsiblity for the loss of your personal belonging while you are having the treatment at our salon.
  8. Please do not touch any of the salon equipment . If handled wrongly, it can be very dangerous e.g. Nails Drills, Wax Warmer...

GUARANTEE

Please remember, Nails are jewels, not tools. Be kind to your nails and they will look beautiful for weeks after your service.
  1. Traditional polish services are not guaranteed.
  2. Enhancements and gel polish manicures are guaranteed for 1 week after your appointment. If you lose an enhancement or notice chips or lifting within 1 week, please call us to schedule a free repair.
  3. You must arrange an appointment to have your nails ficed within 5 days of your initial service.
  4. Repair after 3 days or for breakages, tears, and corner breaks will be charged.
  5. We wil not be responsible for any breaking or infected nails, skin after you leave the salon.

REFUND POLICY

No Cash refunds will be given after you left the salon. As soon as you have walk out the salon door that mean you have accepted and are happy with the service provided to you.
  1. If you are not happy with your nails, hair or beauty treatments please make us aware of it before you pay. We will adjust them to your satisfaction or remove any enhancements or coatings that have been applied.
  2. No refund will be given because you have simply changed your mind.

PROMOTIONS

Throughout the year, various promotional offers may be available, subject to date and time restrictions. Offers cannot be combined, and CHRISP STREET NAILS & BEAUTY reserves the right to cancel promotions at any time.

THE RIGHT TO REFUSE TREATMENT

We reserve the right to refuse treatment. Disrespect and rudeness toward CHRISP STREET NAILS & BEAUTY staff will not be tolerated. We also retain the right to amend Terms and Conditions as deemed necessary.
